Jennifer A. Gellner is the attorney/owner of the Law Offices of Jennifer A. Gellner, LL.M., LLC.

She is also the Director of the Federal Tax Clinic and faculty member at Gonzaga University School of Law.  She was admitted to the Washington State Bar in 2000, and has been practicing for eleven years in Federal and State Tax Controversies and Employment Tax Matters.  She has managed several trial calendars in the United States Tax Court, and has participated in numerous trials.  She assisted in three cases where attorney fees were obtained from the IRS (Owen v. Comm., T.C. Memo. 2005-115; Foy v. Comm., T.C. Memo. 2005-116; Bulger v. Comm., T.C. Memo. 2005-147), an uncommon feat of legal excellence.  Additionally, she has successfully settled numerous cases prior to trial by negotiating excellent settlement terms, which saved her clients substantial sums of money.  She has helped with numerous Jay Hoyt cattle and sheep cases over the years, and can help affected persons end the Hoyt nightmare.

Memberships
Jennifer A. Gellner is currently serving as Newsletter Editor of the Washington State Bar Taxation Section and is a volunteer attorney for WAACO, VAPWA, and pro se taxpayers in Tax Court.  She is also Treasurer for the Solo and Small Practice section of the Spokane County Bar Association
